When your order leaves the warehouse we send you an 'order dispatch confirmation' email. This email contains your order item(s) that left the warehouse and, your unique order tracking number. The tracking number automatically connects to our delivery provider, DPD, and can be used by you as often as you like to ascertain the stages of your delivery.
If you have not received your 'Order Dispatch Confirmation' email.
Firstly, please check your email 'Junk box'. Sometimes emails do not automatically land in your 'Inbox'.
If you still feel you have not received the order dispatch email then email us at info@ascensioninspiredclothing.com and we can resend you this containing your unique tracking number.
Once you have received your unique tracking number If you do have problems connecting with DPD tracking page then you can also use the generic tracking page below which is free. Simply upload your unique tracking number given in your order dispatch confirmation email that we have sent you.
